Media library

The media library holds all your organisation's photos. The itinerary image picker suggests photos from it, so good keywords mean less hunting for the right image.

Upload photos

  1. Go to Media Library → Upload images and choose one or more photos.
  2. For each photo, check the Display name and Keywords. AI looks at each photo and suggests both, and the fields update as it goes. You can edit anything, or upload straight away.
  3. Click Upload.

Tip: name files like NNN_Location_Subject.jpg, for example 429_Glencoe_Waterfall.jpg, and keywords are picked up from the filename automatically.

Each filename must be unique. If a file with the same name already exists, rename it on your computer before uploading.

Add photos from a web address

Click Add from URL, paste one image link per line (JPEG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB each) and click Fetch images. The fetched images then go through the same review as an upload.

Find and use photos

Search by name, filename or keyword. In the itinerary editor, clicking an image slot shows Suggested photos that match the activity, and the rest of the library to browse. When you generate an itinerary, activities without their own photo are matched to library images by keyword.

Delete a photo

Click Delete on a photo. TravelSpurt tells you first whether the photo is used in any itinerary. Deleting a photo that's in use leaves a missing image on those itineraries.
