What your travelers see

Your clients never need a TravelSpurt account. Everything you send them is a private web link, branded with your logo, that works on any phone or computer.

The itinerary & quote page

The itinerary link opens a magazine-style page with:

  • a hero image with the client's name, tour, dates and length;
  • a sticky tab bar to jump between the Overview, each day, and the map, quote, inclusions and accommodation;
  • Your itinerary at a glance: clickable day tiles, the number of guests and the pickup point;
  • your Wee Note, promo video, and the booking's intro text and video;
  • for each day, a banner photo and activity cards with photos, descriptions, guide tips, website and map links, plus lunch, transport and hotel details;
  • a route map with a button to open the full route in Google Maps;
  • what's included and not included, and your recommendations.

If a day has no activities yet, the client sees a friendly note that their guide will personalise that day.

Accepting the quote

If you've turned on Show price on itinerary, a Your quote section shows:

  • the total price;
  • the date it's valid until, if you set one;
  • your payment options;
  • a link to your terms;
  • an Accept this quote button.

After accepting, the client sees Thanks — you're booked in!. If Stripe is connected, they also see Pay Deposit and Pay in Full buttons, and their invoice arrives by email.

The traveler portal

Each traveler gets a personal My Trip page. It's private to them. There's one link per trip, or one link that covers all of a traveler's trips. On it they can:

  • Work through their checklist: tick off tasks that are due now, and see what's Coming up.
  • Tell you their details: dietary requirements or allergies, mobility or accessibility needs, and an emergency contact.
  • Fill in trip forms: answers save automatically as they go, so they can come back later. You're notified when a form is complete.
  • See a payment summary: only if you take payments through another platform, such as WeTravel. It shows how much they've paid and when the next payment is due.

To send portal links, see Sending portal links. If a traveler's link stops working, send them a fresh one.

The invoice page

The invoice link shows your branded invoice with its pay buttons. Once a deposit is paid, the page shows what has been paid and the balance outstanding, with a Pay Remaining Balance button. Once the booking is paid in full, it's marked as Paid with the payment date.

The payment page

The secure payment page shows your logo and:

  • the booking reference, name, and the deposit (30%) or balance being paid;
  • a choice of Card, or Bank transfer (ACH) for USD bookings, with any processing fee shown as a separate line;
  • the total due, then a card form powered by Stripe.

After paying, the client sees a confirmation and gets an email with their invoice and receipt. If they paid a deposit, the page tells them balance reminders will arrive 8, 4 and 1 week before the tour.
