At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find your email address, Support, Settings, Sign out and a Light mode / Dark mode switch. The app starts in dark mode, and your choice is remembered on that device.

On a phone, the sidebar is hidden behind the menu button at the top left.

The dashboard

The dashboard is made of widgets. Archived bookings are never counted.

WidgetWhat it shows
OverviewActive bookings (Confirmed or Invoiced), upcoming tours, and documents generated.
RevenueRevenue year-to-date and this month (confirmed, invoiced and completed bookings, by departure date), plus outstanding balances.
Bookings by statusA donut chart of your pipeline.
Tours & passengers per monthA bar chart of the last six months with activity.
Recent bookingsThe five most recently created bookings.
Fleet healthHow many active vehicles are OK, due soon or overdue for service, MOT or insurance.

Customise your dashboard

  1. Click Customize dashboard.
  2. Drag widgets by their handle to reorder them, set each one to Small, Medium or Large, and use the eye icon to hide the ones you don't need.
  3. Click Save layout. The layout is saved to your login, so it follows you to any device.

Notifications

The bell at the top of the screen shows a red badge when something needs your attention. Click it to open the notifications panel. Click a notification to jump to the booking it's about.

You'll be notified when:

  • a client pays a deposit or pays in full
  • a card payment fails, flagged as needing action so you can follow up
  • a client accepts a quote online
  • an invoice is re-issued after a price change
  • a traveler completes a trip form on their portal

Use Mark all read and Clear read to tidy up. Read notifications are cleared automatically after 7 days.
